Local electric company is looking for office support and scheduler. Seeking someone with great communication skills, attention to details, comfortable with customer service on the phone and email. Experience with QuickBooks Pro, Excel and Outlook. Will help keep customer and vendor accounts up to date and add new ones when needed. Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a high paced office. You will also help with creating and maintain file system. Support the staff as needed. Willingness to wear multiple hats.
