Small office seeks a dependable, detail-oriented assistant for light administrative work and occasional local errands. Duties include collecting mail, filing, preparing bank deposits, paying invoices, and general office support.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent, valid CA driver’s license, reliable vehicle, English communication and writing skills, confidentiality, and basic computer skills. Office or bookkeeping experience preferred; QuickBooks experience a plus.
Flexible weekday schedule, approx. 6–10 hrs/week, 2 days per week.
