Busy downtown Santa Barbara law firm is seeking a part-time afternoon Receptionist.
Duties include but are not limited to:
-Directing inbound telephone calls for law firm and building tenants
-Organizing, maintaining, and updating files, in both electronic and paper form (including scanning of documents);
-Handling general office and administrative tasks and assisting with administrative and clerical work;
-Booking conference rooms;
-Routing faxes and e-filing documents;
-Logging packages, mail, and incoming case mail;
-Direct interaction with vendors;
-Meter outgoing mail;
Position Requirements:
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Word, Outlook, and Excel skills
Attention to detail and time management skills
