My parents are getting older and need a part-time personal assistant.
Specific things they need help with:
- They have a large 10 acre property that they need help managing. So they need help managing:
- The two houses that are rented out as Air BNB's. So need to deal with AirBNB portal to schedule people, cleanings, check-ins
-The avocado orchard. Scheduling the maintenance and harvesting of avocados
-General support on the main house, like scheduling an electrician to come fix something.
-They are old and have many Dr. Apointments So they need help managing:
-Dr. Appointments
-Picking up prescriptions
-Additionally, they need:
-Help with their computers
-Help with mail, pickups and returns
-Etc.
They both have their own cars and can still drive themselves but you should have a car and a clean driving record.
You should also be:
- Trustworthy
- Patient and able to deal with people with "special," set in their way personalities
And have:
- Computer skills
- Common sense
- A car and license
You should be able to come to Carpinteria two days a week and work remotely as well. But this is not a full-time job. Lets call it half time although I do not think it is even that.
