We are seeking a Full Time Administrative Assistant/Dispatcher/Office Support for our busy plumbing company. This position is M-F from 7:45am-4:45pm or 8:00am-5:00pm. We are a family owned and operated company with a casual yet professional office.
Duties Include (but not limited to)
Answering Phones
Dispatching Employees
Customer Service
Filing/Scanning
Data Entry
Customer Invoicing/Calling for Payment
The candidate for this position must possess the following qualities/competencies:
Must be self motivated
Highly organized
Able to multi-task
Must be courteous and be committed to customer service
Must be timely and responsible
Must have computer experience with PC’s
Knowledge of Quickbooks online a plus
Must be able to file by number and address
Should be willing to learn about our services to better help the customer
Must have good written communication skills
Should have basic knowledge of Santa Barbara area street locations and spelling
Salary is DOE , we also offer Health/Dental Insurance.
After one year of employment we offer paid vacation time and a 401k plan with 5% match.
