We are a General Building Contractor firm located in Montecito specializing in luxury home builds and property management. We’re looking to add a dynamic individual to join our team who can support both owners and office staff alike. We have a modern, spacious office in Montecito, and have 3-6 people in the office depending on the day. This is an in-office position, not remote. Approximately 32-40 hours per week.
This position includes a mix of supporting the office team by taking notes at client meetings, calendar management, ordering and overseeing inventory such as plumbing and electrical fixture deliveries at the office and on job sites, and other miscellaneous office duties, as well as helping the owners with personal errands.
This position requires a vehicle, a valid California driver’s license, and clean driving record. Driving is required for picking up the owner’s two children, ages 5 and 6, from Summerland School and dropping them off at Montecito Union School every weekday. We will reimburse for mileage.
We are seeking a candidate who is detail oriented, positive, organized, has a results-focused attitude, and can remain flexible while multi-tasking. Must be self-motivated, dedicated, and able to work independently on project assignments, report progress, and provide information to team members in a clear and timely manner.
