Main Responsibilities:
- Recruitment of skilled candidates for various open roles.
- Conduct interviews to determine candidate skill sets.
- Create daily job postings and advertise open positions on various job sites.
- Attend networking events to expand your presence in the local community.
- Provide excellent customer to candidates.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in business development or recruitment roles a PLUS!
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision
- 1+ years of administrative experience preferred
- Bachelors degree required
