Roofing Administrative Assistant
Position Summary:
Provides clerical and administrative assistance to support the Office Manager. Duties involve :
Data Entry
Attention to detail
Certified payroll processing
Emails
File generation
Human Resources
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong administrative assistance and office administration skills
Proficiency with office equipment (printers, copiers, fax machines, phones, etc.)
Ability to provide excellent customer service to clients
Experience in a construction or related industry is a plus
Strong organizational and time management skills
Responsibilities
Assist in organizing, documenting, processing, and reporting on financial transactions including, but not limited to, accounts payable/ receivable, and billing
Provide backup for office (answering phones, covering for reception, etc.)
Data entry, report creation, and spreadsheet updates as directed and needed.
