Busy downtown Santa Barbara law firm is seeking in-person, part-time morning Receptionist.
Shift: Monday-Friday 8:15AM-12:30PM
Duties include but are not limited to:
-Opening the Building.
-Directing inbound telephone calls for law firm and building tenants.
-Organizing, maintaining, and updating files, in both electronic and paper form (including scanning of documents).
-General office and administrative tasks.
-Ordering supplies.
-Booking conference rooms. supplies
-Routing faxes and e-filing documents.
-Logging packages and mail.
-Direct interaction with clients, tenants, and vendors.
