Responsibilities include:
Leasing, (property tours), lease renewals, move in and move outs
Resident relations and enforcement of lease terms and community rules.
Supervise maintenance staff, rent ready and remodels
Collection of rent
Approve invoices and a/p
Annual budget preparation
Project Management
Experience with Fair Housing
RE License a plus.
Experience with AppFolio PM software preferred.
