Santa Barbara based property management firm is seeking a portfolio manager to oversee all aspects of managing a portfolio of apartment buildings. The duties will include leasing, maintenance and collecting rent. The position will be based in a Santa Barbara office but will also involve driving to various properties on a routine basis for showings and to oversee maintenance.
Full time position, available now. The applicant must be bilingual. Pay is DOE.
