Kariella, a thriving local women's and men's ojai boutique, is looking to hire a few experienced top notch Sales Associates for our new Santa Barbara location. Ideally the candidates will have a minimum of 1+ years of direct retail sales experience, be driven and used to working with sales goals and have a proven track record in clothing sales. Responsibilities to include but not limited to: Customer Styling, Sales, Customer Service, Receiving. Part time and full time hours available. Some weekends required. Must be available to travel to Ojai for 3 training days. Mileage will be compensated.
