Reports to: Warehouse Supervisor & Customer Experience Lead
The Role:
Part-time position that moves between the fulfillment team and the customer experience team in the rabbit warehouse.
Key Fulfillment Responsibilities:
Picking and packing orders for shipment
Replenishing items from back-stock
Taking inventory counts
Receiving shipments
Help with wholesale order fulfillment
Key Customer Experience Responsibilities:
Emailing customers regarding shipping issues
Handling customer requests at the warehouse
Clearing credit notes, inventory adjustments, adjusting orders
Will train to reply to customer emails, learn inventory, shipping and customer service systems
Other miscellaneous tasks to keep everything running smoothly
We are looking for a candidate who:
Has a can-do attitude with a genuine desire to help customers
Love for problem solving and flexibility in adapting to an always changing workfow.
Clear communication through email and in person. A good listener who can help customers and research answers as needed.
Be fired up by a fast paced environment, ready to pitch in where needed even when it is outside of their usual tasks.
Ability to learn new systems and business applications quickly
Ability to multitask with accuracy and efficiency. Not afraid to ask questions.
Work with a growth mindset, open to new opportunities and new ideas. Enthusiasm for learning new skills and cross-training in various warehouse tasks is a must.
Aspire to come up with helpful ideas for day to day problem solving
Able to work independently. Excited to be a part of a dynamic team that backs each other up as needed.
