About us

The UPS Store is currently looking for energetic, personable individuals to join our team. Customer Associate helps the Center run the day-to-day operations of this retail location. He or she may be required to open and close the center, ensure the delivery of world-class customer service to all customers.

Our company is waiting for you to join our team as a Customer Service / Sales Representative.

The responsibilities of a Customer Service / Sales Representative includes:

educating customers about the services we offer

becoming proficient with providing print services, shipping/packaging, renting private mailboxes

providing passport photo, faxing, mailing and internet services.

The qualifications of a Customer Service / Sales Representative:

experience working in a retail or service environment

desire to work in a fast-paced “team-oriented” environment

excellent verbal and written communication skills

Candidates should be comfortable with using basic Microsoft

Office programs and be proficient in navigating the Internet

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
