THE UPS STORE ASSOCIATE
The UPS Store is currently looking for energetic, personable individuals to join our team. Working at The UPS Store requires, first and foremost, an appreciation and understanding of how to deliver exceptional customer service. If you join our staff, you will find very supportive management and team members to help you learn all about the services we offer in a positive, upbeat working environment where we know how to get the job done and have some fun doing it!
Key responsibilities include educating customers about the services we offer and becoming proficient with shipping and packaging a variety of items, renting private mailboxes, providing printing services, handling incoming emails and phone, taking passport photos, faxing, handling mail, understanding opening/closing procedures, ability handle a hand cart full of packages, and to be able to lift 60lbs.
Your qualifications should include at least 2 years of working in a retail or service environment; the desire to work in a fast paced “team oriented” environment along with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Candidates should be comfortable with using basic Microsoft Office programs and be familiar with using the Internet. Already having a notary commission is a plus!
Looking for full-time and part-time positions.
