Responsibilities:
Welcome and identify customer needs
Explain products and services to customers in person, over the phone and via email
Provide quotes and process customer orders
Track the progress of each job from start to completion
Qualifications:
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields in an office environment setting
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with the ability to multitask on several jobs at once
Have the ability to provide great customer service and build rapport with customers
Excellent written and verbal communication skills a must
Some knowledge of Graphic Design a plus, but not necessary (will train)
Software / Computer Qualifications:
Typing ability
Computer Literate
Adobe Illustrator (a plus, but not necessary - will train)
Quickbooks for Sales (a plus, but not necessary -will train)
Education:
Must have a high school diploma
Must have at least a two year degree or equivalent work experience

This is a full-time position (Mon - Fri, 8:30 am - 4:00 pm).
