Established Santa Barbara company requires individual to join a small team working on a variety of tasks to repair, maintain, and remodel residential rental properties. The ideal candidate will have several years of experience with drywall installation, basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry, kitchen/bathroom remodeling, tiling, etc. Must have own truck and tools and be ready to take on responsibilities from Day 1.
