Job Title: Jewelry Production and Design Associate

Job Summary:

As a Jewelry Production and Design Associate at Sheryl Lowe Designs, you will be an integral part of our creative team and will be responsible for crafting exquisite jewelry pieces by hand. Your meticulous attention to detail, exceptional craftsmanship, and commitment to quality will be crucial in upholding our brand's reputation for excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Handcrafting Jewelry: Create jewelry pieces by hand for seasonal production, re-orders, one-of-a-kind pieces, and special orders, including necklaces, bracelets, earrings, and other designs, using various jewelry manufacturing techniques, such as beading, stringing, knotting, wire wrapping, and soldering.

Precision Work: Execute intricate and precise work to ensure the highest quality craftsmanship.

Design Integration: Collaborate closely with the design team to ensure seamless integration of design concepts into the production process.

Design Interpretation: Work closely with the design team to interpret and bring their creative concepts and sketches to life.

Material Selection: Select and prepare materials, including gemstones, metals, and other components, ensuring they meet design specifications and quality standards.

Quality Control: Conduct rigorous quality control checks at various stages of the production process to ensure that each jewelry piece meets or exceeds established quality benchmarks.

Safety and Maintenance: Adhere to safety protocols and maintain tools and equipment in excellent working condition.

Documentation: Maintain accurate records of materials used, work completed, and time spent.

Samples and Requests: Create needed seasonal samples, trunk show jewelry, employee orders, web orders and restock, SL, VIP, and stylist requests.

Repairs: Responsible for in-house QCing and repairs utilizing the repair slips and processes in place.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

8-hour shift

9am-5:30pm Monday to Friday
