CASA DORINDA, a luxury Retirement Community located in Santa Barbara, California, seeks a General Maintenance Worker to perform a variety of general mechanical, electrical, painting, plumbing, and structural duties as well as inspections, servicing, repair, and overhaul of equipment, facilities, and vehicles. We require a high school graduate or GED; knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and mechanical, knowledge of proper and safe use of hand and power tools. Must be able to read, write, and speak English, and be able to understand aWe require three (3) years' experience in a general maintenance position; experience at a hotel or retirement community is desired.
