Indoor environment services company launching a Santa Barbra / Ventura office to assist property owners successfully address Mold, Water & Indoor Air Quality issues. We are looking for experienced Mold Remediation Service Technicians with a career focus in the IE industry and interested in helping us launch, build and grow the company.
Seeking motivated Mold Remediation Sales & Service Technicians hyper focused in 3 areas:
1.) Selling Mold & IAQ Solutions that improve customers' indoor environments;
2.) Providing the best Mold Remediation & IAQ Mitigation Services and;
3.) Achieving excellent customer satisfaction!
Job Requirements: This position will perform mold inspection & remediation work while adhering to company remediation policies & procedures. Candidate must have an impeccable work ethic plus:
- 2+ Years industry Mold Remediation Sales & Service experience desired
- IICRC and/or Industry certification(s) a PLUS!
- Attention to Detail & Quality a priority on every job
- Safety First, Professional & Customer-centric mindset
- Excellent customer service, communication & satisfaction skills
- Effective written and oral communication requiring math and computer skills
- Proficiency with technology, mobile devices and CRM / software applications
- Willingness to continue further education and certification training
Position & Physical Requirements:
- Must be comfortable lifting 50+ pounds
- Must be comfortable safely climbing an 8-12 ft. ladder
- Must be able to perform significant bending, squatting and twisting
- Must be comfortable wearing full Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
- Must be comfortable working within tight spaces (i.e. crawlspaces & attics)
- Must be able to pass criminal background & drug screening - subject to applicable laws
- Must have a valid driver's license and good driving record
