We are seeking a skilled and reliable carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong craftsmanship, attention to detail, and experience in both residential and commercial construction. You’ll be responsible for building, installing, and repairing structures and fixtures made of wood and other materials.
Responsibilities
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches.
Measure, cut, shape, and assemble materials according to specifications.
Install doors, windows, cabinets, stairs, framing, trim, and other structures.
Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
Inspect and repair existing structures as needed.
Collaborate with other trades and team members to meet project deadlines.
Requirements
Proven experience as a carpenter (minimum 3 years preferred).
Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques and construction methods.
Ability to read technical documents and drawings.
Proficiency with power tools and measuring equipment.
Attention to detail, reliability, and a strong work ethic.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in finish carpentry or custom woodworking.
Certification or apprenticeship completion in carpentry.
Ability to lead small teams or mentor junior carpenters.
