An established Santa Barbara transportation company is hiring a professional chauffeur. This is a hospitality + service + sales role with real growth into repeat private clientele. Sales skills and maintaining your weekly lease are essential to your growth in this role.
NOTE: We are an independent company; Uber is one of our dispatch channels.
MUST HAVES
Local residency in Santa Barbara Area (stage from Santa Barbara daily)
Active Uber Driver account: 100+ trips & 4.85+ rating (screenshot/proof required)
Uber Black Account or eligible (set-up assistance for the right candidate)
Clean driving record (3 years), Criminal background check, random drug tests
No agreements with other limo/black-car operators
WHAT WE OFFER
Company SUV via weekly lease (earnings can exceed lease cost)
$1,000+ weekly potential (performance-dependent)
Weekly payroll; work phone + gym membership provided after completing probationary period (6 months)
Lead-to-Client Bonus for leads submitted through company channels
Earnings & Transparency: a small, standardized admin % applies to Uber fares only (covers employer payroll taxes and processing). Private-client splits are unaffected.

White-glove hospitality; sharp presentation; 40+ hours/week
Jobs assigned via dispatch/Uber Black/CRM; no personal contact exchange with clients
Operate within a 50-mile radius of downtown Santa Barbara
