An established Santa Barbara transportation company is hiring a professional chauffeur. This is a hospitality + service + sales role with real growth into repeat private clientele.
NOTE: Independent company; Uber is one of our dispatch channels.
MUST HAVES
Local residency (stage from Santa Barbara daily)
Active Uber Driver account: 100+ trips & 4.85+ rating (proof required)
Uber Black-eligible (set-up assistance for the right candidate)
Clean driving record, background check, drug test
No agreements with other limo/black-car operators
WHAT WE OFFER
Company SUV/Sedan via weekly lease (earnings can exceed lease cost)
$1,000–$3,500+ weekly potential (performance-dependent)
Weekly payroll; phone + gym after probation
Lead-to-Client Bonus for leads submitted through company channels
Earnings & Transparency: a small, standardized admin % applies to Uber fares only (covers employer payroll taxes and processing). Private-client splits are unaffected.
ROLE
White-glove hospitality; sharp presentation
Jobs assigned via dispatch/CRM; no personal contact exchange with clients
Operate primarily within a 50-mile radius of downtown Santa Barbara
