We believe skills and experience are transferrable, and the desire to dream big makes for great candidates.The successful candidate for this role will serve as the right hand of the Global Head of AI GTM dedicated to the Americas region for the newly formed AI GTM business unit at ServiceNow. Reporting direct line to the Global Head of AI GTM and dotted line to the Americas region, you will play a critical leadership role in how we build new muscle leading with ServiceNow’s AI platform for business transformation. Part sales and part business development, part player and part coach, you are accountable to deliver the Americas Gen AI number while also serving as the designated domain expert for enabling, aligning and accelerating AI GTM capabilities for the Americas region.What you get to do in this role:

Be an integral member of the Americas Field GTM organization to develop and execute a strategic approach for leading with AI transformation to accelerate Pro+ topline revenue growth.

Engage with C-suite executives to promote AI-driven business transformation discovery and consideration, balancing between hands-on involvement and coaching to build for scale.

Lead AI business development efforts in the Americas region, exploring exponential scale ideas to accelerate our AI go-to-market (GTM) motion, which includes ideating strategic partnerships, deals, acquisitions, and joint venture discussions to expand our AI GTM capabilities and market presence.

Serve as a conduit and extension of the Global Head of AI GTM, ensuring a strong bi-directional flow of learning and insights to constantly iterate and improve our AI GTM motion.

Work closely with cross-functional teams within ServiceNow Field and Global functions to ensure strategic alignment, collaboration, and achievement of AI revenue objectives.

Utilize operational expertise to provide subject matter leadership representing AI GTM in relevant Americas pipeline, forecasting, and business reviews.

Be the AI champion for the Americas, collaborating, aligning and working through operational speed bumps and gaps that need resolution to continue AI scale and growth.

In order to be successful in this role, we need someone who has:

15+ years of work experience (or 10+ years post-MBA or equivalent degree), preferably in SaaS sales, pre-sales consulting or solutions consulting.

Proven track record of success in driving C-suite engagement, category creation innovation and business development initiatives.

Demonstrated experience driving successful SW pipeline development, forecasting, and opportunity conversion, with a consistent track record of attaining and exceeding quota.

Exceptional learning agility and influencing skills. Must thrive in a dynamic environment.

Strong executive presence and maturity, excellent verbal and written communication

Sharp business judgment, ability to see "big picture" and to prioritize. Proactive with analytical and critical thinking skills

Demonstrated ability to build and foster win-win strategic partnerships.

A passion for AI technologies and their application in business transformation.

JV20For positions in the Bay Area, we offer a base pay of <>, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
