Description We are seeking a Billing Specialist to be a part of our team in Santa Clara, California. This role involves working within the construction industry, handling tasks related to customer applications and maintaining accurate records. This role is a long-term contract position.Responsibilities Accurately process customer credit applications with a focus on efficiency Maintain precise records of customer credit Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate actions when necessary Handle billing functions, ensuring they are completed in a timely and accurate manner Efficiently resolve customer inquiries related to their accounts Utilize various accounting software systems to perform job functions Familiarize with ERP construction partner for efficient task execution Manage accounts receivable (AR) to ensure all financial data is accurate Handle inbound calls from customers, providing excellent customer service Train on texture and GCP to enhance job performance.
