By reducing tooling complexity and eliminating alert fatigue, enterprises can streamline cloud compliance, cut costs, and secure their cloud infrastructure.About the RoleAs the Director of Product Management for Cloud Solutions, you will lead the definition, development, and go-to-market strategies for our Cloud Solutions platform. This high-impact, visible role requires strong collaboration across Engineering, Sales, Marketing, UX, Customer Success, and Support to drive the success of ServiceNow’s innovative cloud security and operations solutions.What You’ll Do· Act as the voice of the customer, owning the user experience and driving product enhancements in collaboration with other PM leaders.· Define product specifications, user stories, wireframes, and acceptance criteria, working closely with engineering teams.· Collaborate with engineering teams to plan, prioritize, and execute product release cycles.· Analyze the competitive landscape, identify opportunities for differentiation, and address market disruptions.About You· Hands-on product owner with a customer-first mindset.· A creative, curious, and passionate problem solver.· Obsessed with customer success and dedicated to optimizing simplicity.· Proven ability to succeed in fast-paced, complex customer environments.· Skilled at multitasking and managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
