We are seeking a Senior Creative Leader to drive the development of groundbreaking, integrated marketing campaigns that captivate audiences, elevate our brand and drive demand.  This is a high-impact, strategic role for a visionary leader who thrives at the intersection of storytelling, design, and digital/content innovation. As the Senior Creative Leader, you will lead a team of best-in-class Creative Directors while also being hands-on in shaping and crafting compelling creative work. This role requires a player-coach mindset—you’ll not only guide the team but also roll up your sleeves to concept, refine, and push the work forward.  You will be responsible for ensuring that all creative outputs align with strategic business objectives while delivering world-class, audience-first storytelling across digital, social, experiential, and traditional media. Responsibilities Lead the ideation, development, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion Provide creative leadership to a team of best-in-class Creative Directors, empowering them to lead their teams while ensuring alignment with the broader brand and campaign vision. Be a hands-on creative leader—whether it's concepting, refining messaging, or pushing the boundaries of design and storytelling. Ensure all campaign assets—across video, social, digital, print, OOH, experiential, and emerging platforms—are aligned, consistent, and impactful. Work closely with marketing, media, product, and other stakeholders to align creative vision with broader business goals. Serve as a thought leader and advocate for best-in-class creative, providing constructive feedback to elevate the work. Attract and retain top creative talent, ensuring a dynamic team capable of adapting to industry trends and evolving consumer behaviors. Work closely with production partners, agencies, and in-house teams to ensure high-quality execution of creative concepts. Advocate for innovative storytelling techniques and content formats across paid, owned, and earned channels.
