Working closely with cross-functional teams including software, hardware, manufacturing, customer support, and external suppliers.What you'll doManage and track quality of production units.Work closely with cross-functional teams including customer support, hardware, software, manufacturing, and suppliers to identify and resolve quality issues and risks.Interface with customer support team to debug and gather information on failed units at customer sites.Work with hardware and software team to perform failure analysis on failed units. Route failed units to external suppliers if necessary.Track and close RMA cases.Provide failure analysis report.Enhance or develop corrective actions.
