Job Title: HR Systems Analyst – Workday Recruiting Location: Santa Clara, CA 95054 Duration: 6 Months Qualifications
Proficiency in Workday Recruiting business processes, condition rules, and tenant setup. Experience with calculated fields and report writing preferred.
Consultative skills and the ability to build relationships with HRTA
Strong communication skills and high attention to detail
Working knowledge of HR programs and processes.
Past experience in an HR generalist or specialist role is a plus.
Experienced in Excel, PowerPoint, Project and other business tools
Ability to learn quickly and work within tight deadlines; self-starter; must take personal initiative and willingly assume responsibility and ownership
Proven ability to manage multiple project tasks and priorities in a dynamic environment
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Demonstrated ability to analyze complex issues, determine appropriate solutions and resolve sensitive problems
Ability to work in a high demand environment and manage ambiguous situations and/or directives
