Hours: 5 x 8s, Monday - Friday, 7am-330pm shift Service
Technician with a minimum of 2 years of experience in residential, commercial, and or property managed HVAC.
Service new and old heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
Inspect and perform equipment repairs and replacements
Perform routine preventative maintenance
Respond to emergency maintenance requests
Adhere to all safety procedures and policies
Qualifications:
Current/Active EPA UNIVERSAL CERTIFICATION
Certification or a willingness to obtain it
Minimum 2 years HVAC Service Technician
Experience REQUIRED Previous experience in HVAC or a related field Familiarity in HVAC wiring diagrams
Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
Must have basic hand and power tools
Ability to meet short deadlines and work variable hours as project requires
Ability to follow OSHA requirements and safety precautions
Able to work in hot and cold environments
Capable of lifting equipment over your head, working overhead for extended periods of time, and climbing ladders
Ability to stand, bend, kneel and walk for extended periods throughout the day
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
Prior experience in the commercial field preferred
Prior experience usingPosition may require a drug screen
