Provide support to the Maintenance Director and division management.
Perform routine clerical work, including maintaining logs, regulatory documentation and copying and filing documents.
Conduct audits for certifications.
Perform administrative tasks, including entry of employment data in a variety of computer systems.
Work with purchase orders and various ordering systems
Provide excellent customer service to internal and external guests.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Availability to include weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays.
