This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your leadership skills without stepping away from the technology you love.This role is located at our dynamic downtown Seattle location, and in office 3 days a week.Your ImpactLead and Mentor: Manage a small team of engineers, conducting regular one-on-ones, providing feedback, and supporting their professional and technical growth.Contribute Directly: Actively work as a backend engineer on the team, taking ownership of complex features from design through implementation and deployment.Drive Project Execution: Plan and manage the team’s sprint goals and project timelines, ensuring the successful delivery of the product roadmap.Uphold Technical Quality: Lead code and architecture reviews, set high standards for engineering quality, and ensure the team is building scalable and maintainable solutions.Collaborate and Align: Work closely with product managers and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical tasks for the team.
