You will work with a team of professionals and collaborate with Sales, Finance, Operations, and IT departments to optimize processes, enhance customer experiences, and nurture lasting client relationships. Please note this is NOT a direct sales, renewal sales or sales team management role, but rather a highly analytics-based operational role.Your ImpactAreas of impact for the Manager of Renewal Operations include:

Forecasting - Developing and maintaining accurate churn logo forecasts for strategic decision-making - Capable of identifying cross-selling opportunities by connecting orphan TnB opportunities with upcoming renewals - Experienced in developing, tracking, and analyzing metrics to maximize Total Contract Value (TCV), retention rates, and monitor churned logos

Customer Support and Collaboration - Efficiently resolving licensing and fulfillment issues - Skilled in working closely with Customer Success and Sales teams to proactively address customer needs and identify future opportunities

Revenue Accuracy - Collaborating with the Finance and Renewal Sales teams to ensure accurate Annualized Total Revenue (ATR) adjustments - Understanding of financial principles related to revenue recognition and adjustments

Performance Enhancement - Driving a renewal team's productivity to meet and exceed performance targets - Strong leadership and motivational skills to improve team performance

Renewal Policy Compliance and Process Management - Collaborating with relevant parties to ensure adherence to renewals policies and procedures - Ability to manage weekly run-rate support to ensure timely customer reviews and contract renewals - Skills in overseeing renewal contract management to maximize bookings

Strategic Planning - ATR accuracy, End-of-Life (EOL) product management, pre-churned customer strategies, contract length optimization, and automation initiatives - Forward-thinking with a focus on long-term planning (e.g., FY25 and beyond)

Your Experience

5+ years in Renewals/Sales Operations and/or Revenue/Business Operations preferred

2+ years working in data analytics and/or financial analysis preferred

Advanced experience with one or more of the following Sales Ops tools: Tableau, Salesforce (SFDC), Clari, Anaplan, and/or Power BI

Bachelor's degree (or higher, and/or equivalent military experience) preferred

The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/commissioned roles) is expected to be between $126,000/yr to $203,850/yr.
