Hiring 20 Medical Device Assemblers for Medical Device Company in Santa Clara, CA!Job Description:
Utilize Small Hand Tools: Employ tweezers and razors for precise operations and process small parts under a microscope.
Adhere to Quality Policies: Follow all company quality policies and systems, maintain accurate records like Lot History Records (LHR), and comply with GMP/GDP guidelines.
Perform Catheter Line Tasks: Include cutting/trimming catheters, operating balloon blowing machines, aligning and layering plastic tubing and guidewires under the microscope, and utilizing UV curing and hot boxes.
Conduct Packaging Line Tasks: Use ovens and fridges to make hydrogel, and package catheters with hydrogel in plastic packaging.
