Location: Santa Clara, CA
Duration: Long Term
Duties: Help gather and analyze requirements
Perform User Acceptance testing
Assist in User Training documentation
Act as the liaison with various stakeholders, including IT, as needed
Provide status updates and meeting minutes
Documenting decisions and action items
Understands stakeholder needs and build effective relationships
Involvement and visibility into all aspects of project implementation
Use a variety of communications methods to deliver information relevant to the audience and project needs
Use a variety of problem-solving skills to resolve issues with internal teams and stakeholders
Ensure all risks and issues impacting project or program progress are logged and escalated as appropriate
Undertake other activities as assigned based on business need as defined by Legal
Skills: Minimum of 3 years relevant experience or previous intern experience preferred
Understanding of Project Management & SDLC concepts
Experience with SAAS applications preferred (Salesforce, Workday, ServiceNow, Marketo etc)
PMP, Prince or similar qualification required
Strong multitasking and organizational skills required.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
