Job Title: SAP QA AnalystLocation: Santa Clara, CADuration: 12+ MonthsExperience: 7-10 yrs minimumJob Summary:We are looking for an experienced SAP QA Analyst with 5+ years of hands-on expertise in testing SAP applications including Order-to-Cash (OTC), Revenue Accounting and Reporting (RAR), and SAP BRIM modules such as SOM (Subscription Order Management), CI (Convergent Invoicing), and CC (Convergent Charging). The ideal candidate will also have a solid understanding of QA best practices, SDLC, and experience leading a team of QA engineers.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for SAP OTC, RAR, and BRIM modulesPerform functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing across SAP GUI and Fiori applicationsValidate complex billing, subscription, and revenue processes within SAP SOM, CI, and CCCollaborate with SAP functional teams, developers, and business stakeholders to ensure high-quality deliverablesEnsure test traceability, defect management, and proper documentation using tools like HP ALM, JIRA, or similarLead and mentor QA team members, ensure adherence to test processes and timelinesParticipate in release planning, test estimation, and continuous process improvementsAnalyze defects, identify root causes, and support resolution verificationEnsure compliance with testing standards, documentation, and sign-off processesRequired Skills & Qualifications:5+ years of experience in SAP QA/testing rolesStrong hands-on experience in SAP BRIM modules (SOM, CI, CC) and SAP RARExperience testing SAP OTC (Order-to-Cash) processesProficiency in SAP GUI, Fiori applications, and test data validationStrong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and QA methodologiesProven experience leading a QA team or mentoring junior testersExcellent communication, coordination, and documentation skillsPreferred:Experience with test automation tools (e.g., Worksoft Certify, Tosca, or UFT)Familiarity with Agile or Hybrid development environmentsISTQB or other QA certification
