Your CareerWe’re looking for a Sr. Jira Administrator to join our Information Technology team.  In this role, you’ll take the lead in creating and executing a strategic roadmap for implementing our program management platforms. You’ll drive, design, configure, implement workflows and integrations between Jira, Confluence and other applications.As a Sr. Jira/Confluence Administrator, you’ll partner with IT and business teams to establish best practices, improve current and future project workflows, and manage integrations and reporting. If you are highly motivated, thrive on big challenges, and approach your work with ownership, openness, and optimism—we’d love to hear from you! This position will report into IT and we are looking for someone to join our team immediately.Your ImpactAssist with the technical design, configuration and implementation of Jira and Confluence (Data Center) integrations with corporate tools (on prem, AWS, and SaaS hosted) including user provisioning, configuration management, and reporting toolsAssist with the technical design and implementation / migration of Jira projects and Confluence spaces from other instances (cloud and data center)Assist with the design and implementation of corporate standards for Jira/Confluence (processes, workflows, controls, etc)Assist with the technical design and implementation of other Jira/Confluence Enhancements (new projects, new workflows, new spaces) Provide training and demos for Atlassian toolsCreate Jira based reports, dashboards, and planning views based on different user requirements and provide stakeholders with actionable metrics and status report Assist with installation of Jira & Confluence Datacenter in Linux environmentProactively plan and implement upgrades for the project management platformsAbility to implement automations & scripting using Groovy/Python
