The Data Center Operations Manager must have deep working knowledge with critical facilities such as data centers, NERs, and lab environments in large-scale environments. You should have extensive experience in the following core areas: Team Leadership, Performance Metrics, Operational Excellence, and Critical Infrastructure Operations at scale.What you'll be doing:
Spearhead strategic initiatives across our global data center portfolio.
Champion automation and innovative technologies to transform data center operations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop best practices and industry-leading standards for data center operations.
Build a successful team and equip them with the skills and knowledge needed to operate effectively in a rapidly evolving data center environment.
What we need to see:
BS, BA, or BEng degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
8+ years of experience in data center management, leading a team.
12+ years of overall relevant industry experience
Proven leadership in large-scale operations and team performance.
Strong social skills and ability to communicate efficiently with a diverse group of customers and staff.
Experience providing direct client-facing customer support and service.
Proven experience in operational transformations to drive a change in culture, scale subliner, and minimize operating risks and expenses.
Attention to detail with superb communication skills and the ability to successfully lead multiple priorities. You will need to be agile and quick to adapt to shifting priorities.
Quick learner and self-starter with a demeanor for growth, and passionate about team improvement.
