The ServiceNow University marketing team is looking for an experienced marketing manager to drive integrated campaigns across ServiceNow University’s strategic programs to join their high performing team. This role is responsible for supporting the ecosystem growth strategy through strategic programs, partnerships, and initiatives. In addition, this individual will keep a pulse on the ServiceNow University learner content and training to drive awareness, elevate the learner experience, and foster ongoing engagement.   The ideal candidate demonstrates strong integrated marketing prowess with the ability to manage multiple marketing projects, generate innovative marketing concepts for campaigns, and works effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve marketing goals. This role requires a critical thinker who is AI-curious and proficient in AI tools, approaches challenges with multiple solutions, good cross functional collaboration skills, and demonstrates agility and flexibility in a fast-paced environment. This individual contributor role reports to the ServiceNow University Marketing, Ecosystem Growth & Engagement Lead.  Responsibilities Develop the marketing plan to drive global awareness of ServiceNow University content and training to target personas Execute integrated marketing campaigns to drive ecosystem growth and engagement through priority global programs across key markets Manage the ServiceNow University pre/post event strategy and execute campaigns to optimize engagement and drive critical metrics Prepare briefing and post-mortem presentations for strategic ServiceNow University marketing initiatives which summarize objectives, activities, and results Cultivate and optimize relationships with ServiceNow University’s global partnership leads to drive joint marketing initiatives Collaborate with cross functional teams as needed to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns aligned to strategic priorities
