While details may evolve, our goal is to create an environment where innovation thrives, with office-based teams coming together three days a week to collaborate and thrive, together!Your CareerThe Senior Program Manager role for our US Public SLED practice owns the management of complex go-to-market initiatives requiring internal governance activities (process and procedures, approval matrices, etc), including our largest programs, campaigns, contract vehicles, and transformation initiatives. This role is a significant driver of company revenue and growth, and operates in close alignment with our business development & capture team, and our ecosystem of technology and channel partners. This role supports our business across State & Local Government, and Education customers.We know the opportunity to help secure our country’s most vital government and education systems is massive. Manage a portfolio of top customer programs in State & Local Government and Education, driving cross-functional teams to timelines, managing diverse stakeholders, with clear alignment to big picture goals and outcomes

Design and support repeatable sales plays that drive use-case driven solutions modules, and manage joint sales motions with key cloud and service provider partners

Align field sellers and capture teams to structured and programmatic gov/ed opportunities and map the flow of suppliers, inputs, processes, outputs and activities necessary to work in those programs

Build and operate Lighthouse customer programs for front-to-back development of key customer wins tied to strategic priorities

Support the creation of integrated go-to-market strategies for our top public sector priorities

Make recommendations for allocating marketing and sales resources to support integrated campaign efforts, as well as promote customer targeting activities

Collaborate with product teams to integrate the launch of new products and features into active and future sales activities

Develop measurement models and use diagnostic tools to help identify sales performance indicators, key areas of opportunity and sales force training needs

Recommend training programs to fill competency gaps across the teams

Serve a point of public sector communications alignment across corporate, product, and channel messaging platforms

Your Experience

7+ years’ experience in biz ops, programs, or campaign management roles

Successful track record of Project or Program Management and comfort independently driving process for multi-faceted efforts with many stakeholders

Thorough understanding of public sector programs, policies, regulations, and funding mechanisms

Collaborative team player willing to go beyond strategy in order to support execution and realization

Fluency in developing executive ready slides, leading analysis and data-driven insight generation efforts is critical

Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, innovative, high-growth environments with minimal supervision

Experience in managing confidential and private information with discretion, judgment and diplomacy

Capable of assessing and mitigating risks associated with programs, and developing risk management strategies and contingency plans to ensure program success

Knowledge of the cybersecurity product landscape

Outstanding communication and presentation skills - must be comfortable interacting extensively with executive staff, leadership, and customers

Awareness of ethical standards and legal requirements in the public sector

For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/commissioned roles) is expected to be between $154,000/yr to $249,050/yr. The offered compensation may also include restricted stock units and a bonus.
