What You Will Be Doing
Reporting directly to the CEO you will:
- Grow our Data Engineering practice to capture services market share
- Define and refine the consulting practice's charter and processes
- Manage a team of Senior Data Engineers and Solutions Architects
- Deliver a wide variety of data engineering projects
- Collaborate with our other teams in our practice areas
- Provide hands-on solutions architecture and data engineering to support client deliveries
- Own client relationships
- Provide strategic guidance and insight on data engineering, including industry trends and market opportunities
- Collaborate on company-wide strategic initiatives
- Be the public face of our data engineering practice
What You Need for this Position
At least 10 years of experience with a combination of:
- Data Engineering
- Solutions Architecture
- Management
- Business Intelligence
- Client Facing
