The historic Maverick Saloon is seeking an Assistant Manager who will assist in creating a positive and efficient work environment for all staff while providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will be an energetic professional who doesn’t mind wearing multiple hats. They are well organized, flexible and enjoy the challenges of working in a fast-paced environment.
RESPONSIBILTIES:
Manages the restaurant’s day-to-day operations
Provides superior customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
Responds to customer concerns efficiently and in a professional manner
Enforces and offers the best quality of products possible
Oversees restaurant standard practices such as P&L analysis and monthly inventory
Manages staff schedules based on forecast and performance measures
Evaluates staff performance and provides coaching to improve productivity
Acts as a brand ambassador for the company
Ensures compliance of service and hospitality standards
Provides support to General Manager
REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a full-service, high-volume dining establishment
Must be able to manage multiple tasks in stressful environments
Strong knowledge of front and back house operations
Great decision making and organizational skills
Upbeat and energetic attitude
Responsible and trustworthy
Attentive to detail
