Growing company is looking a team leader/shop manager for busy beverage/ dessert shop in Downtown Solvang
Ideal person has experience as a barista/ smoothie-juice bar server, or has a food service background with strong customer service and team-leading skills
Responsibilities include:
Opening/closing shop
Ensuring work place is clean, fully stocked, and organized
Providing exceptional customer service
Leading team members to ensure quality control of product, efficient workflow, and a healthy work environment.
Assisting with Inventory and loss control.
Work schedule is a consistent minimum of 4 days a week, (friday-monday) including holidays and weekends with the possibility of additional days supporting our other locations. Holiday and weekend availability is a MUST.
PTO, Commission, tipping included in compensation package.
