BrightStar Care of Santa Barbara County is growing and we've expanded our territory into the Santa Ynez Valley. Our team now provides care in the Santa Ynez Valley, Lompoc, Buellton, Solvang, Santa Maria and cities in between.
We're building a team of compassionate caregivers who are willing to work with multiple residents in local long-term care facilities as well as in private homes with one-on-one clients.
You'll be responsible for assisting clients and ensuring their safety, helping with light housework, hygiene, grooming, nutrition, mobility, transfers and toileting activities along with other duties as determined in the clients plan of care.
Ideal candidates are willing to start the onboarding/training process while we build our client base and will be offered shifts as they become available.
Requirements:
18yrs or older
Valid Driver's License & Insured, Reliable Transportation
Ability to communicate fluently in English
