The process takes 1-2 months before you are in their system and getting paid. I can try to push it quicker, I have gotten it down to two weeks once. But if you are interested and can wait out the processing of your paperwork, we are willing to take on someone who wants to become an IHSS provider and go through the process. In order to become a provider to need to pass a criminal fingerprint background check. We will pay for your background check if you are hired.
This job is ongoing for the near future. Please be able to be on time and come to work every shift you are scheduled. If you do not have reliable transportation, then this is probably not the job for you, as the IHSS provider we hire has to be at our home when the bus comes to get the child off the bus. Any questions, please ask. When you reply, if you are already an IHSS provider, please give me your provider number and phone number. If you are interested in becoming an IHSS provider. please read everything at the links I provided before replying. Thank you.
