Well Being Child & Family Therapy is seeking bilingual (English/Spanish) associate psychotherapists to join our growing practice.
Providers will work directly with the community as an associate therapist in a private practice setting in Orcutt/Santa Maria California.
Each therapist works with youth, parents/caregivers, guardians, families, community members, pediatricians, school teachers/staff, and community organizations to support clients transitioning into care and out of care. Providers will conduct Bio-Psycho-Social assessments to diagnosis clients, create treatment plans, and provide psychotherapy services to clients in-person and via telehealth.
Most appointments are in-person and offered in-office and some via telehealth(phone/video call).
Providers are required to participate in weekly clinical supervision.
Bilingual Associate Psychotherapist I position requires applicants to have a Masters level degree in addition to being registered with the state of California Board of Behavioral Sciences as an associate MFT or associate Social Worker or associate PCC. Applicant must be in good standing with the BBS. A minimum of 500 supervised clinical hours (face to face) experience. Experience working with youth aged 5 years and older. Excellent verbal and written communication. Professional attitude, team oriented, ability to maintain confidentiality compliant with HIPAA laws and ability to use a computer, tablet, and electronic health records system.
This position is a part time position with the potential to expand to full time status dependent upon referrals received and clinical case load capacity/suitability of the provider.
Pay range is $35 to $65 per clinical hour dependent upon experience and licensure status.
