Excel Personnel Services is currently recruiting for an Administrative Assistant position in the Santa Ynez area. This position is full-time and temp-to-hire with the hours from 8:30am -5 pm Mon-Fri. Job duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Sort invoices
File and maintain the filing system
Answer and direct phone calls
Managing entities in Quickbooks
Accounts payable and other accounting duties
Other duties ass assigned
Skills and Qualifications:
Must have AP/AR and Bookkeeping experience
Knowledge of Quickbooks, MS Word and Excel
Good written and oral communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently with little to no supervision
Ability to work well with others
Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a high-pressure environment
