Job Summary:

We are seeking an organized Assistant to support our office manager with various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have office skills and the ability to work independently. The Assistant will be responsible for filing, answering phones preparing invoices , etc. This is a great opportunity for a motivated individual this is comfortable

in a small office environment.

Responsibilities:

- Data Entry, good working with computers

- Assist with event planning

- Utilize personal assistant skills to handle tasks and requests from management

- Conduct proofreading and editing of documents and materials

- Maintain accurate and organized records, both electronic and physical

- Perform other administrative tasks as required

Requirements:

- some experience in an office role

- Microsoft Office software

- Data Entry , filing

- Excellent organizational and time management skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

- High school diploma or equivalent required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $17.50 per hour

Schedule:

8 hour shift

Monday to Friday
