What Youll Do:
Reconcile Media invoices to client media buys for accuracy.
Assist with distribution of insertion orders
Enter the media invoices into and reconcile to the media buy.
Print, match invoices and mail checks
Mentor with VP of Operations.
Maintain supplies/equipment
Assist with answering phones
What You Should Offer:
Proven office management, administrative or assistant experience
Bilingual (read, speak & Write)
Knowledge of office management responsibilities, systems and procedures
Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritizes work
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and planning skills
Proficient in MS Office
Knowledge of accounting, data and administrative management practices and procedures
Knowledge of clerical practices and procedures
Knowledge of human resources management practices and procedures
Marketing Knowledge
Social media Marketing Experience
Prefer 2-5 years experience in Office Management position and proficient with Excel.
