We are seeking an assistant for our property management part of the office.
Your duties will include, but are not limited to the following tasks: translating, filing, copying, answering calls, scheduling, entering data, resolving tenant issues, etc.
While experience is not necessary, we do require the following:
1. MUST speak, read and write Spanish and English fluently.
2. Have a valid drivers license
3. Own a vehicle
4. Be sufficient in Microsoft Office Word and Excel
We are located at 115 North Broadway, Santa Maria, CA.
